The script is well researched, imaginative, poetic, yet thriller. Most dramatic sequence is the lovemaking of queen & de vere in which he quotes lines from romeo & juliet. The power of the script lies in its jumping time frames. Well done Mr. Orlof.

The script was well written & I liked how the conflict was resolved in the end of the movie. I recently watched the dvd when my brother picked it from Mineola Memorial Library in NY.

I loved the script. My only complaint of course is that I didn't get to spend more time with the character of De Vere who is done so elegantly in this. To write the greatest writer into a play about his own plays. Brilliant, and majestically done. The reason why this movie is so incredible is because it conjures up a very believable "shakespeare". Its very underrated and I believe it deserved a full release in theaters. Too bad.

Really enjoyed this, was a good read and surprising. Could not stop reading it once I started.

Etchelon (10 out of 10 )
An excellent script. An excellent movie. It really makes you believe the story. When checking up on some of the aspects of the movie, not all of them check out: the fire in the Globe Theatre, for instance, and the "uprising". But most facts do. Leaving the impression that the movie depicts Shakespeare more accurately than the history books. This is a stunning movie that I've recommended to everyone I come across.
